My sympathy goes out to the entire family. I knew Tom through High School and he was always one of the nicest guys you would ever want to be around. He seemed to carry that through life. Dear Christa and family...I'm so sorry for your loss. Tom was a wonderful man. No matter how bad things got at times, while working at A.S.F., Tom always had a smile and positive attitude. I would be there for the service, but for the fact I moved to Florida and don't travel much anymore. May our lord wrap his arms around your family and give you comfort.
I met Tom years ago when we both worked for Morgan Engineering. I played basketball with Tom for Morgans and later on several Alliance CIty teams. I also played both with and against Tom on various softball teams. He was a fine friend, a darn good ball player, and he was one of the best "sportsmanship type guys" I ever knew. I have not seen Tom in a lot of years, as I no longer live in Alliance. I will always have very fond memories of the times I spent this fine gentleman. Jim Klan, Ft Worth, TX.
