I called him brother Andy because he seemed like family to me. I met him 45 years ago when I delivered his parents newspaper. Whenever I saw him, he would always ask about my kids and he had great love for his nieces and nephews. Rest well brother Andy!
Aunt Lynette, Tina and Debbie, Praying for God's comfort for you during this very difficult time. Pat and Ruby
To his Marlington classmates, he was Ralph. We only started realizing that, at Alliance High, he was called Andy. The irony of that is that he never corrected anyone and just went with the flow. He was kinder than most knew. His legendary wit, smile, laugh and ability to talk with his hands are embedded in my memory. I was fortunate to rekindle our relationship, in recent years, and am thankful for it. He would always ask about my uncle and aunt, whom his mother had worked for, and it wasn't just token conversation. He really, really cared. Thanks for the memories. You will be greatly missed.
To the Labus family We are so sorry for your loss. May Gods love surround and comfort you during this time and in the future. You will be in our prayers. God bless

Lynette...I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your son. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I was friends with ralph in high school and for sometime after, but time and life just seem to seperate people. He was always such a nice guy. It sad to see him go so soon in life. To the Labus family may GOD grant you the peace and comfort that only He can give in your loss.
To the family and friends of Andy, He was a very sweet man, always treated me good, I am thankful I got to know him. We will miss you Andy!
Debbie, Tina, Lynette & Ralph, I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Andy was a very special friend and I made sure to visit with him each time I returned to Ohio. I now wish I would have made more trips back to Ohio. I will truly miss arguing and debating sports with Andy.
