I was so very sorry to hear about Pete. He was such a great person. He always had a smile and a big hug for me. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this trying time. Just think they are together again. My love to all of you. Mrs. C
Tom and Rhonda and Family, We were so sorry to hear of Pete's passing. He was a great guy. I have a fond memory to share--when Joe and I got married, we had to hurry to the honeymoon suite at Quaker Square Hilton--but Pete and Marcella kept the reception going long into the night--moving it to the Bier Haus--remember?? Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We cannot be at services, as Joe's Aunt was in a huge car accident and is having surgery at 7Pm at Aultman.. So sorry, JoAnne
My deepest sympathy to the entire Drakulich family. I was lucky enough to have worked for Pete at Pete's SOHIO. From the first day, he treated me like family, I could not drop off the deposit at his home without eating something Babes had made. I have some great memories of the old station and all the guys that would frequent. 25 yrs. later, anytime I would run in to him or stop by, there was always a story to tell or hear. What a great man.
Few people come into your life and make a difference. Pete was one of those people. He always made my day when he called or came to the office, sometimes with a tin of candy sometimes with a flower he had picked out of his yard and always with a smile. He was always amazed at how much the shop kept growing. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren and they were proud of him. He loved them all so much. His family, his life and his many friends are a tribute to what a kind of man he was and he will be greatly missed.
Thinking of you Cece....will offer prayers of comfort for you and you entire family. Barb Matthew
Pete, I will always miss you... your stories, your smile, your laughter, and discipline; but most of all, your heart. - love Gator
Dear Mark and Family, My deepest sympathy to you and your family at this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
A man of character who will be truly missed by all. I had the privilege to work with Pete and his sons at the old SOHIO gas station on the corner of State and Mahoning Ave. Working with and getting to know the family left an everlasting impression on life that I still use today. The things that Pete taught me help me to be a better man. Some of those things included how to properly take care of customers and more importantly how to have fun in life. Pete you may be gone but you will never be forgotten. To the family you have my sincerest condolences. Glenn Persello
