Paul was a wonderful guy. I met him during his later years when I lived next door with my family for 2 years. He cared very much for Luella, his family and his lawn was impeccable. I helped both him and Luella a few times with tech issues with computers and tvs and they were always so thankful. It was always great to see them doing things together in the yard, watching sports, or making dinner together. They truly seemed to enjoy and take care of each other. My sincerest condolences are for Luella during this time. I know he will be waiting for her one day in his golf cart ready to give her a ride up to the pearly gates. God speed Paul.
The thing I remember most about, Paul was his smile, and his easy-going way. He was such a kind man, I will remember him with fondness.

My condolences to the family. I met Mr. Franks a year or so ago - purchased a fantastic table saw from him - and I thought at the time as I do now - Mr. Franks is an amazing individual - his workshop was kept in perfect condition, his home and yard as well - he cared for everything. He is missed.
