Mike Rose's Obituary
Michael “Mike” Rose, 68, of Alliance, passed away in his home on July 8, 2023.
Mike was born April 6, 1955 to Talmadge and Jewel Rose. Mike was a graduate of Alliance High School, and then went on to be a machinist where he spent most of his working days.
Mike was beloved by many and never seemed to meet a stranger; to know Mike was to love him. He was a unique individual who loved reading, music, gardening, woodworking, a good party, and we can't forget his love for garage sales and thrift stores.
He was proceeded in death by his father Talmadge and brother Danny.
Mike leaves behind his mother, Jewel Rose; three children, Tara (Beau) Grubbs, Brandon Rose and Kyle (Alyssa) Rose; four grandchildren, Roman, Sawyer, Brooklyn, and Riley; as well as many cousins and close friends Mike considered to be family.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 23, 2023, from 2 - 3 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. His Celebration of Life Service will begin at 3 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
