Sorry to hear about Mike! The reunion this year will be missing a big part with Mike's absence.... sleep in heaven Mike....
I became friends with Mike when we met each other in fourth grade. I can’t begin to tell you how much, being his friend, meant to me. I’m still in denial and probably will be until our class reunion. Being with everyone who knew him well, will be comforting, I’m sure. One thing I can say for sure, is there will be many stories told with laughter and tears. Miss you Mike. Peace.
Mike and I were very close our whole lives. Our first cousins are often our first friends and, no doubt, we had the closest bond. I am still in shock and denial, actually. He and I were both very comfy with leisure and I anticipated us enjoying retirement together, sharing books and music and gardening. We had many strongly shared interests. He was not only Best Man at my wedding, he was one of the best men I’ve known. I am profoundly saddened to lose you, Mike.
To all the family and friends, my prayers and thoughts are with you all. So sorry for your loss. I know he's riding that motorcycle up there. Cherish your memories, I know I will. Love you all.
Tara and family,
Sending my love and hoping the good memories you shared together will help you through this difficult time.
