Dear Mangino Family You are in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time. My mama went home to be with the Lord a feww months ago, so I know what you are feeling. I have such great memories of Helen from the time I was in Kindergarten at North Lincoln when Tom and I were supposed to be getting our shots for school. Neither Tom or I wanted to get our shots and Mama Mangino tried to console both of us but with no luck. Our Mamas had to take us out while we were kicking and screaming. As I grew up and became a teenager Helen became a very dear friend to me. She never treated me like a pesty kid. I loved going to Barbers store just to talk to Helen.
