My deepest sympathies go out to the Bugara family. I too remember Frank as all-time quarterback at the electric field. I tried to tackle him only once and my skinny butt bounced off of his legs as if they were tree trunks. He always made you feel welcome in his home! Rest well my friend. Terry Carli
