I am a few days late, but I left you flowers on your grave just the other day to celebrate what would have been your 93rd birthday. We miss you Mom and we miss Dad too. Nothing is the same now that both of you are gone. We love you.
While I didn't know Ethel personally, I do know Ray & Jackie Naswadi. Ray has always spoken highly of Aunt Ethel and shared the many good memories he had out on the farm as a boy and continued to have throughout their lives. My condolences to the Francis & Naswadi family as you grieve the loss of your loved one. Donna Collingwood

I would like to extend my condolences to the family of Ethel Francis.
I didn't know her well but I do remember that she gave me some plants that I put in my little flower garden in the front of my house on Rockhill Ave. She was a very sweet woman.
I graduated with her brother, Bruce.
May God be with you and your family as you go through this difficult time.

Our family lived on Seneca, three houses up from Mike's store. I was very young then, but remember Ethel and the boys. Most of all, I have very fond memories of going to buy candy at the store. Mike and Irene were so kind and
fun to visit. We would also buy meats and "put them on the bill". Then, when my dad would go to pay the bill, Mike would fill a paper bag with candy to give to us kids. Also, we spent MANY days playing in Mike's field behind our house.
Those were truly the "wonder years"! My sympathies to the families.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Ethel Francis. I was in Ethel's Girl Scout Troop at First Presbyterian Church. I have many great memories of being in her troop. One of the great memories was camping at her house & cooking over an open fire.
