To Cliff's Family, I met Cliff through my work at the Credit Union he used for his financial needs. He was a very polite, curtious, friendly, gentleman. I would also see him at the grocery and he would always say hello and ask if I would need any help with anything. Everyone liked Cliff. The people in the City of Alliance lost a wonderful citizen.
