I had the distinct pleasure of knowing Betty Kay for only a few short years, meeting her at our Thursday night spiritual group, and I have nothing but wonderful memories of her. Her warm smile, funny sense of humor and her desire to share her vast array of knowledge will always be in my memory. She was wonderfully spiritual and always enjoyed the angel drawings I used to send her. I can just picture her dancing and playing in the Creator's beautiful garden just beyond the veil! Namaste Betty Kay!!! My thoughts and prayers are with her family; take comfort in knowing Betty Kay is REALLY happy there!!
May the Lord Yeshua give her family and friends peace and grant her entrance into eternal life! Amen. MJC
Ms. Onyett was my 4th grade teacher at South Lincoln Elementary School. I remember her warm smile and how much I enjoyed her reading The Secret Garden aloud to the class. It was in the music book in her classroom that I first saw a Pablo Picasso painting. It was The Three Musicians and I refer to it even today when I teach my own students about artistic movements associated with Spain and Latin America in my high school Spanish classes. I appreciate the contribution that Ms. Onyett made to me and my elementary school education and express my sincere sympathies to her family. May you be comforted by treasured memories of times spent with your mother/grandmother and by knowing that her influence has touched many generations. Sincerely, Stephanie Martin Shively (AHS Class of 1987, Mount Union, Class of 1991)
Betty was loved by all who knew her. Our condolences go out to her family and friends. Her wonderful Music In Paris parties will be missed. Love & Blessings, Her Unity Family
I remmber Betty from several play at Catnation City Players. I attended several of her music dinners at her home in Paris. Although I've not seen her in several years I often thought of her. I will miss her.
my condolence to the Onyett family. i met betty at church of the savior dance in 1997-1998 and she touched all of our lives. the church of the savior provided comfort and joy to those who were single, divorced and widowed. we all danced in a big circle at times and betty was right there always dancing. she will be missed by everyone in the single solution/united single solution. thank you betty for being a part of our lives.
Prayers and warm thoughts go out to Betty's family . May her next of life's journeys be showered with God's love and light. May she once again hear and play God's music .
I offer my sympathy to the family and friends of Betty Onyett. It seems unfair that death has the power to take away someone we love. The Bible is comforting in this regard. It promises that our loved ones now dead will live again. You can read these words at John 11:20-27. May you continue to rely and find comfort in reading the Bible.
