William L. Henry's Obituary
William L. Henry, 63, of Alliance, was promoted on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 6:27 am at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Born on August 30, 1959 in Canton, to William R. and Ida E. (Bennett) Henry, he lived in Alliance all his life.
Willy is a member of Alliance Christian Center and was employed as a Youth Leader for Multicounty Juvenille Attention Center.
He also was a DJ for weddings and other events.
He was a member of the ACE - American Coaster Enthusiasts and enjoyed long rides on his motorcycle.
Willy loved sharing the Gospel, his family, making people laugh, his cats, campfires and his first wife, Char.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene (Wisse) Henry, whom he married on August 2, 1986; his favorite sister, Elaine Lama of Alliance; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death was his father, William R. Henry; his mother, Ida E. Henry-Diehl; and his sister, Cheryl L. Hemphill.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Alliance Christian Center.
