Willard D. Stout's Obituary
Willard D. Stout, 80, of North Benton, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 3:04 a.m. at Mercy Medical Center in Canton.
Born on February 19, 1935 in Gassaway, West Virginia to Robert and Fannie (Lawson) Stout, and he lived in North Benton area for most of his life.
Willard was employed at Alliance Machine Co. as a Master Builder and after retirement ran the Stout City Water Delivery for 37 years.
He enjoyed gardening, loved working, and especially took pleasure in joking around.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Ada M. (Rowe) Stout; two daughters, Tanya (Jim) McCraken of Beloit and Sheila (Todd) Howard of Alliance; two sons, Mitchell Stout of Alliance and Robert (Lezlie) Stout of Yates Center, KS; three sisters, Julia (David) White of Grafton, OH, Shirley (Robert) McMillion of WV and Alley Mae Beall of Georgetown, OH; sister-in-law, Nelda Stout of Grafton, OH; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his two sons, David and Brian Stout; a granddaughter, Brandi Stout; his parents; and a brother, Okey Stout.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Grandview Cemetery.
