Vera Leora (Hahn) Yendrich's Obituary
Vera Leora (Hahn) Yendrich, 83, of Alliance, died on Sunday, June 15, 2003, at Alliance Community Hospital. Born in Sebring on February 7, 1920, she had been a resident of the Alliance area all of her life. She was previously employed at Star Bronze Co. and Cope Furniture Co. and was a former member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include three daughters, Vera Russell of N. Benton, Melva Myers of Alliance and Mary Andrie of Alliance; seven grandchildren, Connie Anderson, John Russell, Joann Steed, Anthony Kapalko, Terry Kapalko, Theresa Blake and Sharon Andrie; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Juanita Shutler of Alliance and Wanda Peroz of Salem; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, James A. and Pearl (Snyder) Hahn; and her husband, Martin Yendrich in 1977. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Monday, June 23, 2003, from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Joseph Peters, officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
