"Tommy" Antonosnati's Obituary
Thomas "Tommy" Antonosanti, 97, of Alliance, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 7:20 am at home.
Born on December 16, 1918 in Alliance, to Guy and Rose "Rosia" (Cataldi) Antonosanti, he lived in Alliance for all of his life and attended Alliance High School.
Tommy was member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maximo and started Tommy's Auto Supply in 1946.
A veteran of World War II, he served our country in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He was a member of V.F.W. Post 1036, and the American Legion, Post 166.
Tommy enjoyed golf and gardening.
Survivors include his wife, Ann (Joliet) Antonosanti, whom he married on September 16, 1944; his daughter, Jean (Dale) Wahl of Alliance; three sons, Thomas (Donna) Antonosanti of Canton, Stephen (Mary Jo) Antonosanti of Charlotte, NC, and James (Elizabeth) Antonosanti of Lake Park, FL; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; four sisters, Erma Horton, Edith Auckerman, Mary Antonosanti and Anna Antonosanti; and three brothers, Angelo Antonosanti, Joe Antonosanti, and Tony Antonosanti.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 13, 2016 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maximo, with Rev. Joseph Ruggieri, of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maximo, officiating. Burial, with military honors, will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
