Timothy J. Drakulich's Obituary
Timothy J. Drakulich, 66, of North Canton, passed away following a brief illness on Friday, July 28, 2023 at his home in North Canton.
Born on August 22, 1956 in Alliance to Peter and Marcella Elsie (Stutz) Drakulich, he lived in North Canton most of his life.
A 1974 graduate of St. Thomas High School, he attended Mid-Continent Aviation in Kansas City, MO, and then finished his schooling at the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
Timothy was employed as an Aviation Mechanic with various air transport services and retired in February of this year.
He was a member of the Greentown VFW Post #9904 and attended Regina Coeli Catholic Church.
Timothy enjoyed fishing, gardening, spending time at the pool, and working in his barn on many projects.
Timothy will be sadly missed by his surviving family, including his wife, Becky A. Drakulich of North Canton; his step-daughter, Nicole (Kyle) Rowles of Canal Fulton; his grandson and “Best Buddy” Ethan Rowles; a sister, Catherine (Randy) Drakulich-Stenhouse of Mineral City; three brothers, Thomas (Rhonda) Drakulich of Minerva, Mark (Natalie) Drakulich of Alliance and Michael Drakulich of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his son, James Drakulich; a sister, Cecilia Drakulich; and his nephew, Alexander Otani.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at Regina Coeli Catholic Church. His Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 am with Rev. G. David Weikart, as celebrant. Burial will take place at a later date next to his son, James, at Highland Memorial Park.
