Thomas Jack Miller's Obituary
Thomas Jack Miller, 53, of Carrollton, Ohio, died on Tuesday, July 24, 2007, at 10:04 a.m. at his home. He was born on July 13, 1954 in Alliance, and lived in Carrollton for the past twenty years. He attended Alliance High School and worked for American Steel and Alliance Castings since 1975, where he was employed as a steel laborer. Thomas enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and motorcycling. He is survived by his daughter, Tonia (Robert) Seese of Mentor; two sons, Gary (Michelle) Miller of Willowick and Jason (Charlotte) Miller of Alliance; four grandchildren; step-father, William Swain Sr. of Alliance; two sisters, Mary Jo (Jerry) Greene of Jefferson City, TN and Sandy (Dan) Collins of Alliance; a half sister, Jackie Miller of TN; a brother, Bill Miller of Alliance; a step-brother, Donald Blackburn of Lawton, OK; and several nieces and nephews. Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Miller; his mother Frances Swain; and two step-brothers, William Swain Jr. and Lawrence Blackburn. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, July 27, 2007 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Herbert Smith of The Home Mission officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
