Theodore R. "Ted" Nagle's Obituary
Theodore R. "Ted" Nagle, 75, of Alliance, died on Tuesday, December 04, 2007, at 8:15 a.m. at Mercy Medical Center. Ted was born on March 12, 1932, in Columbus, and lived in Alliance for 40 years and was a member of the Atwater Nazarene Church. He was a general contractor and owned T and R Floors. Family was most important to him. Ted also loved to bowl and is in the Alliance Bowlers Hall of Fame. He had formed many bowling leagues. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Dufford) Nagle whom he married on December 3, 1950; two daughters, Deborah Papic of Alliance and Sandra (Wayne) Forster of Alliance; a son, Steven (Brenda) Nagle of Alliance; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Richard "Dick" Nagle of Millersport, OH and William "Bill" Nagle of San Diego, CA; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his son, Ronald Nagle; his parents, Charles and Ruth (Decker) Nagle; and a brother, Robert Nagle. Funeral services will be held at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday , December 7, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, December 6, 2007, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Alliance City Cemetery.
