Shelby Gazia's Obituary
Shelby Jean (Trash) Marshall Gazia, 82, of Alliance, went to be with the Lord, on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 10:09 am at her home in Alliance.
Born on January 1, 1938 in Crestline, Ohio to Chester F. and Isabella F. (Heimlich) Trash, she lived in Alliance for most of her life.
Shelby was member of the First Church of God and was President and Lifetime Member of CWC and past president of Northeasten Ohio CWC.
Shelby enjoyed her collection of over 60 owls, completing word finds and reading her Bible.
Survivors include two daughters, Elaine (Chuck) Smith of Quenemo, KS and Amy (Scott) Augustein of Sebring, OH; two step-daughters, Thomasine Harris of Corpus Christi, TX and Nanette Weeks of Cape Coral, FL; a brother, Raymond (Wanda) Trash of Crestline, OH; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; son-in-law, Jeff (Ellen) Stevens of Alliance; brother-in-law, Herbert (Betty) Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Thomas A Gazia; first husband, Ferris "Adrian" Marshall; her daughter, Debbie Stevens; son, Michael Marshall; grandson, Ernie Bone; great-granddaughter, Veronica Sue Bone; a step-daughter, Claudia Kirksey; step-son, Kevin Gazia; and her parents.
A Private Service will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home, with Dale Gruver, of Church of God, officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Marlboro Cemetery.
