Sellar Offill's Obituary
Sellar (Middleton) Offill, 76, of Alliance, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Alliance Community Hospital. She was born on February 15, 1935 in Olive Hill, KY and lived in Alliance most of her life. She was a member of Alliance Freewill Baptist Church. In her pastime, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by three sons, Darrell Offill of Alliance, Art (Teresa) Offill of Alliance and Darius (Joanne) Offill of Canfield; two daughters, Winna Offill of Canton and Wanda (Tony) Land of Boardman; seven grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; three sisters, Monnie Mabry and Nola Clark, both of Olive Hill, KY and Minnie Barker of New Washington, OH; two brothers, Cledith Middleton and Gene Middleton, both of Olive Hill, KY; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Roy D. Offill, on November 24, 2002; her parents, Robert and Ann (Stevens) Middleton; two sisters Ola Reynolds and Ella Adkins; and two brothers, Arnold and Lloyd Middleton. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Sunday, July 31, 2011 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Monday, August 1, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
