Sara Jones' Obituary
Sara (Williams) Jones, 43, of Alliance, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance, Ohio.
Born on May 10, 1977 in Port Angeles, Washington to Lyle and Nancie (Karr) Williams, she lived in Alliance for most of her life.
Sara enjoyed cooking and throwing parties as well as reading, writing, and learning. She loved to clean and organize and always took pride in her shopping and traveling.
She was a mother to many and gave advice to all who would listen to “The Truth According To Sara”. She loved spending time with her family and her animals, especially Grayson.
Survivors include her husband, Melvin Jones, whom she married on March 25, 2011; three daughters, Jenna Jones, Claire Jones and Emily Jones, all of Alliance; her mother, Nancie Bartlett of Alliance; four sisters, Tina Crick of Stockport, OH, Nancy Johnson of Port Angeles, WA, Roxanne Fryer of Mesa, AZ and Lisa McGarvie of Olympia, WA; life-long friend and soul sister, Rachel Bishop of Port Angeles, WA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her father, Lyle Williams; and her step-father, Stephen Bartlett.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 pm, with Rev. David Ray officiating.
