Sandra Lee (Harrison) Wonner's Obituary
Sandra Lee Wonner, 71, of Alliance, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 6:05 p.m. at Alliance Community Care Center. Born on March 30, 1942 in Alliance, she lived in Alliance most of her life and was a graduate of Alliance High School. She retired from the College Plaza Lanes, where she was employed as a cook. In her past-time, she enjoyed bowling, fishing, bingo and spending time with her puppies. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Wonner whom she married on October 13, 1965; three sons, Robert (Saranya) Scott Jr. of Katy, TX, Donald (Lorie) Scott of Highland Heights, KY and Troy (April) Wonner of Independence, KY; six grandchildren, Shane, Donald Alan, Jr., Misty, Kayla, Aaron, Kaleigh; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Fred Taylor of Bloomington, IL; a sister-in-law, Mary Goodwin of Canton; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her two daughters, Angela Kay and Tracy Lynn; a son, Michael Andrew; a granddaughter, Alysha Nicole; her biological parents, George and Bernetta (Sanford) Taylor; her adoptive parents, Elden and Anetta Harrison; and four brothers, Don, Robert and Eugene Taylor, and Paul McGrew. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Highland Memorial Park.
