Rosetta (Popa) Carter's Obituary
Rosetta (Popa) Carter, 93, of Alliance, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 8:35 pm at her home in Alliance.
Born on August 14, 1924 in Alliance, Ohio to John and Ana (Buda) Popa, she lived in Alliance for most of her life.
Rosetta attended Alliance High School and retired from the D-Con Company.
She enjoyed crocheting and loved to read.
Survivors include her daughter, Janis Carter Eisner of Alliance; three grandchildren, Bernadette, Nathan and Gabrielle; & six great-grandchildren; and a niece, Jennifer Harshbarger of Grove City, OH.
Preceding her in death was her daughter, Judy Banks; her parents; her three sisters, Helen Eells, Virginia Ehrlinspiel, and Mary Bailey; and five brothers, John Popa, Jr., Zach Popa, Elo Popa, Theodore Popa, and Sam Ciatu.
Her Memorial Service will be held at the First Christian Church on May 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
