Rose Admonius' Obituary
Rose Admonius, 87, of Alliance, died on Sunday, August 14, 2005, at 6:40 p.m. at Community Care Center in Alliance. She was born in Alliance on February 23, 1918 and had been a resident of Alliance for all of her life. Mrs. Admonius was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church and had been involved with many of the church s ministries over the years. She retired from the Alliance Manufacturing Company and was later employed at the former Seidner s Flowers. Rose loved to play cards and travel and had spent many winters with her family in Florida. Her joys in life were her children and grandchildren. She is survived by three sons, Frank Admonius, Jr. of Alliance, Timothy Admonius of Ocala, FL and James Admonius of Naples, FL; four grandchildren, Jeff, Jason, Kelly and Tony; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank L. Admonius, Sr., on November 8, 1999 (they were married on November 20, 1941); her parents, Joseph and Anelia DeGutis; and two sisters, Madalen Murcko and Veronica Rogers. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, August 19, 2005, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Regina Coeli Catholic Church on Friday, August 19, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Michael Seifert as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
