Rosalia Peloso's Obituary
Rosalia Peloso, 88, of Alliance, died on Saturday, January 18, 2003, at 9:20 a.m. at Roselawn Terrace. Born in Bouvier, West Virginia on July 25,1914, she had lived in the Alliance area since 1942. Formerly employed in the production department of Alliance Manufacturing, she was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Roma Society. Survivors include her three sons, Robert Peloso of Alliance, Lester Peloso of Alliance, and Leone Peloso of Louisville; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Josephine France of Parma and Cesira Variola of Alliance; and nine nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband, Leone Peloso on February 14, 1990; her parents, John and Argentina (Murcus) Benvenuti; two grandsons; a sister, Doro Cappozzoli; and a brother, Joe Benvenuti. Private funeral services will be held. There are no calling hours. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park. The Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
