Robert A. Cunningham 's Obituary
Robert A. Cunningham, 62, of Alliance, passed away and went home to join his wife Lana on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at 12:54 pm at University Hospitals of Cleveland Ohio.
Born on June 20, 1954 in Alliance, Ohio to Stanley and Josephine (Collins) Cunningham, he lived in Alliance for all of his life.
Rob was a 1972 graduate of Marlington High School and was employed at General Motors, Lordstown as a Tool & Die Maker. He enjoyed working with cars and being outdoors.
Survivors include three sons, Steven (Jen) Cunningham, Michael (Ariel) Cunningham, and Daniel (Alysa) Cunningham, all of Alliance, OH; two grandsons, Tyler Cunningham and Evan Cunningham; sister, Carole (Willard) Mikes of Shenandoah, VA; brother, Gary Cunningham of New Market, VA; step-mother, Shirley Cunningham of Alliance, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Lana Lee (Marshall) Cunningham, whom he married on April 14, 1979 and died on December 13, 2015; and his parents, Stanley and Josephine Cunningham.
Cremation has taken place and private services will be held at a later date.
