Rita (Frank) Resh's Obituary
Rita (Frank) Resh, 82, of McCrea Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Friday, February 28, 2003. Born in Maximo, she lived most of her life in Uniontown. Rita was employed at Stern & Manns for 40 years as head of alterations. She was a member of Nativity Catholic Church and Independent Order of Foresters. Rita's hobbies were sewing and baking. She is survived by seven brothers, Edward (Mildred) Frank, Bernard (Helen) Frank, Richard (Pauline) Frank, Robert tMary) Frank, Arthur (Joyce) Frank, Paul (Florence) Frank, and Harold (Judy) Frank all of Alliance; four sisters, Sister Helen Mary of Canton, Catherine Skolosh, Vivian (Donald) Krabill, and Marlene (Jesse) Smith, all of Alliance; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Lersey Bill Resh in June, 2002; her parents, Otto and Marie (Gulling) Frank; a sister, Margaret (Virgil) Brown; and brother-in-law, John Skolosh. Friends may call at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Sunday, March 2, 2003, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Regina Coeli Catholic Church, on Monday, March 3, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. J. Patrick Manning as celebrant. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Massillon.
