Richard Vandal's Obituary
Richard “Dickie” Vandal, 71, of Alliance, died at his home on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
 
Born on July 31, 1953 in Cleveland, to Dick and Lil (Williams) Vandal, he lived in Alliance most of his life.
 
He worked in the Oilfield for over 40 years.
 
Dickie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He also enjoyed NASCAR, drag racing, funny cars, and truck and tractor pulls.
 
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Tina  (Burns) Vandal; his son, Steve (Mandy) Vandal; three grandsons, Doug Jr., Logan, and Payton Vandal; a granddaughter, Audrey Vandal; two sisters-in-law, Bobbi Jo and Linda Burns; a brother-in-law, Mark Burns; nieces and nephews, Becky, Max, Chris, Tony, Sonya and Christine.
 
Preceding him in death were his parents; his in-laws, Robert Burns and Kathryn (Dobson) Burns Vandal; his son, Doug Vandal; brother, Hank Vandal; brother-in-law, Paul Burns; two sisters-in-law, Gay Ann Burns and Denise Burns Carver; and a niece, Tammi Benning.
 
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.  His Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Alliance City Cemetery.
