Richard "Dick" Stoll's Obituary
Richard "Dick" Stoll, 73, of Alliance, died on Saturday, May 2, 2009, at his home. Born on June 3, 1935 in Alliance, he lived here all of his life. He attended Alliance High School and was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He will be sadly missed by his family. Dick was employed 32 years as a welder, a foreman and an engineer at Morgan Engineering and then worked at Salem Electric until he retired. In his past-time, he enjoyed golf, fishing, sports and history. He is survived by a daughter, Lisa E. Webster of AR; a son, Richard A. Stoll of FL; two grandchildren, David E. Eckstein of FL and Michael P. Eckstein of AR; a sister-in-law, Janice Stoll of TX; a cousin, Doris Lowers of OH; a niece, Tammy Smith of TX and a great-nephew, Mitchell Lee Smith of TX. Preceding him in death were his parents, Olan Gale and Margaret (Stewart) Stoll; and a brother, William "Bill" Stoll on September 3, 2008. There will be no services or calling hours.
