Richard Lee "Fish" Fisher's Obituary
Richard Lee "Fish" Fisher, 75, of Alliance, died on Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at 3:25 a.m. at the Community Care Center. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 7, 1927, he had lived in Alliance and Minerva for most of his life. He was a retired truck driver for Ranger Nationwide and previously had worked at T.R.W. in Minerva. He is survived by his companion, Ilene Keester; two daughters, Karen Romano of Texas and Amanda Keester of Alliance; two sons, Paul Fisher of Colorado and Richard Fisher Jr. of Gnadenhutten, OH; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Cora Jo and Velda Jo, both of Penren, CA; and one brother, Anthony Fisher of Penren, CA. Preceding him in death were his parents Carl Joseph and Josephine Bell and brother, Billy Bob Fisher. Private services will be held. There are no calling hours. The Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
