Pearl Irene Weibush's Obituary
Pearl Irene Weibush, 79, of Alliance, died on Monday, December 13, 2004, at 10:05 p.m. at Mercy Medical Center. Mrs. Weibush was born in Alliance, on August 28, 1925 and lived in Alliance all her life. A 70 year member of the Lexington United Methodist Church, she was active in the Limaville Lions Club and was a life member of the Lexington Grange. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #166 and the AARP. Pearl enjoyed nature and the outdoors and was an avid bird watcher with her grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Ann (Weibush) Wheatley, of Canton; four sons, Robert L. "Les" Weibush of Alliance, Thomas Russell Weibush of Canton, Donald Lee Weibush of Alliance and Mark Alan Weibush of Alliance; 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; a sister, Jeanine Wagner of North Jackson; two brothers, Kenneth Crowe and Donald Crowe, both of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, George E. Weibush, Jr. on November 24, 1988; a son, George E. Weibush, III, on December 3, 1998; her father, Leslie Robert Crowe on June 29, 1945 and her mother, Hazel Marie (Barnes) Crowe on March 20, 1960; a sister, Betty Haines; and three brothers, William, Leroy and Rolland "Joe" Crowe. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Terry Baltzer officiating. Interment will follow at Fairmount Memorial Park.
