Patricia Pauline "Patsy" (Clow) Kufleitner's Obituary
Patricia Pauline "Patsy" (Clow) Kufleitner, 62, of Alliance, died on Sunday, May 25, 2008 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born on March 23, 1946 in Centralia, IL, and lived in Alliance most of her life. Mrs. Kufleitner was a 1964 graduate of Olney High School in Olney, IL. Patsy had been employed with International Shoe Co., General Bell Phone in IL and was a processor for Homestead Meats Co. in Alliance. She was past president of the Alliance Elk s Lodge # 467 Auxiliary. Mrs. Kufleitner enjoyed bowling and was on many Alliance Leagues. She is survived by her husband, Frederick John Kufleitner whom she married on June 6, 1971; a daughter, Melissa S. (Michael) Lins of Alliance; a granddaughter, Makenna; three sisters, Betty (Walter) Cox of Lakeport, CA, Edith (Willie) Polk of Olney, IL and Linda (Thomas) Horn of Olney, IL; four sisters-in-law, Mary, Gladys, Trella and Shirley Clow; four brothers, Hendry (Beverly) Clow of Olney, IL, Kenneth (Patricia) Clow of Dalton City, IL, Joseph (Karen) Clow of Olney, IL and Dave (Doreen) Clow of Joliet, IL; a brother-in-law, Roy Darby; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, Joseph F. and Pauline (Stivers) Clow; a sister, Shirley Darby; and four brothers, Paul, Bill, Richard and James Clow. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, May 29, 2008 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. B.P.O. Elks Auxiliary Service will be held at 6:45 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, May 30, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Ed Harnish of Marlboro Christian Church.
