Opal L. Middleton's Obituary
Opal Louise Middleton, 75, of Alliance, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
Born on September 30, 1944 in Lewis County, Kentucky to Thomas and Rachel (Eullett) McGlone, she lived in Alliance most of her life.
Opal’s greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include two daughters, Kimberly Middleton of Alliance and Rachel (Gregg) Anderson of Alliance; two sons, Timothy Middleton of Alliance and Samuel Ray (Dawn) Middleton of Sebring; ten grandchildren, Daniel (Nikki) Middleton, Cory (Kaylee) Middleton, Amber Middleton, Haley Anderson, Katlin Middleton, Dakota Guy, Brooke Anderson, Kayla Guy, Alyssa Guy and Tabitha Carbone; eight great-grandchildren, ADyn Andrews, Ali Rayne Guy, Braxton Guy, Veronica, Landon, Hunter, Kolton and Maddox; two brothers, Roger and Robert McGlone; a sister, Charlotte Bigony; and several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Earcil Middleton, whom she married on April 26, 1967 and who died on February 21, 1999; her parents; a granddaughter, Megan Middleton; brothers, Thomas Jr., Johnnie and Delmus McGlone; and a sister, Mary Brown.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 2, 2020 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home, with Keith Kiser, of Independent Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
