Oma L. Hutzler's Obituary
Mrs. Oma Ware Hutzler age 93 years a resident of Junior, WV departed this life 2:20 pm Friday October 17, 2008 in the Alliance Community Hospital at Alliance Ohio. She was born October 31, 1914 in Barbour County a daughter of the late Herbert and Rosa Belle Ware. On May 9, 1936 in Junior WV she was married to late Elmo Hutzler who preceded her in death in 1992. She is survived by one daughter Shelba Jean Ware and husband Bernie of Alliance Ohio, with whom she made her home for the past several years. She is also survived by four grandsons Danny G. Ware, Gregory Scott Ware, Michael Hutzler and Donald Hutzler, five great grandchildren Cole, Miles and Hunter Hutzler, Latosha and Drew Ware. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents and husband,she was preceded in death by one son William Eddie Hutzler, one grandson Douglas Hutzler, two brothers Oral C. "Decker" Ware and Chester L. Ware, and one sister Elsie Ware Currence. Mrs. Hutzler attended the schools of Barbour County and was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church until it closed several years ago. Oma was a homemaker and an avid quilt maker. She will be greatly missed by all. Friends will be received at the Talbott Funeral Home, 210 Brandenburg St. in Belington on Monday October 20, 2008 from 6 to 9 pm and on Tuesday until 11 am the funeral hour when final rites will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Doyle N Rider and Rev. David Shelton officiating. Interment will follow in the Knights of Pythias Mt. View Cemetery near Junior. Condolences can be made to the family at www.talbottfuneralhome.com.
