Norma Marie Artino's Obituary
Norma Marie Artino, 80, of Alliance, died on Tuesday, August 27, 2002 at the Alterra Sterling House of Alliance. Born in Alliance on January 11, 1922, she had been a resident of Alliance all of her life. She retired as an assembler from the Alliance Manufacturing Co. after 27 years of service. Mrs. Artino was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church and of the former Ladies of the Christopher Columbus Society. Survivors include son, Jerry Joseph Artino of Spring, Texas; sister, Palma Lee Kuntzman of Sebring; three grandchildren; two great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Joseph A. Artino on October 14, 1988; her parents, Joseph and Irene (DeMarco) DeGasbarro; and sister, Orlanda Thompson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Regina Coeli Catholic Church on Friday, August 30, 2002, at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. J. Patrick Manning as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
