My condolences to the Swinton family on the passing of Neil. I first met Neil when I joined Scout Troop 53 under the leadership of Bob Peters some 60 years ago. I remember going to Scout camp near Zoarville with Neil in the early 1960's. When "Pete" passed in May 1976, Neil took over as scout master for some time. After I graduated collage (June 1976) I move to Cleveland for work. On weekends when I got back to Alliance I would occasionally visit Neil when he lived on (I believe) W. Cambridge St.
I wish I could attend the service but I live in Northern California. I will be thinking of Neil.
Neil may be gone but not forgotten to those who knew him. RIP Neil.
