Nancy J. Cojocar's Obituary
Nancy Jane (Palosi) Cojocar, age 84, passed away on September 28, 2025.
She was born on May 26, 1941, in Alliance City Hospital, to Frank and Agnes (Chenevey) Palosi. She attended grade school at Sacred Heart of Mary in Harrisburg, and graduated from Marlboro High School in 1959.
Nancy lived in worked in the Alliance area all her life. She was employed by Biery Cheese Company in Louisville, as their Sr. Office Manager, and by the Alliance Eye & Ear Clinic, as their Sr. Office Manager.
She married John Cojocar Jr. on May 26, 1962. They built three lovely homes during their 27 years together.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, William John Cojocar and Terry Lee (Barbara) Cojocar; two grandsons, Johnathan and John; two granddaughters, Jamee and Jennifer; two great-grandsons, Connor and Khyson, and three great-granddaughters Lillian, Reighan and Raliegh; two nephews Thomas and Michael Palosi, and one niece Kristyn Palosi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Jr. in 1989; mother and father Frank and Agnes Palosi, in 2003; brothers, Robert and Joseph Palosi; sister, Jenny Palosi; and grandparents, Frank and Susie Palosi.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Memorial Service will begin at 1:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
