So very sorry for your loss. Mona was a lovely, gracious woman. Her passing is a loss not only for her husband, Frank, but also for her many senior citizen friends who knew her as the wife of Frank Blaizgis for the past eight years. We would have loved to have been there to say goodbye and to visit during this past year. So sad that the last 8-9 years or so really did not seem to exist in her obituary. We empathize with your pain. Those senior citizen late in life friends are all praying for Mona's family and especially for her children who, in 20-30 years from now will also become senior citizens. Dear Sue and Families,

It was sad to learn of the death of your mother. I first met Mona bowling and a friendship blossomed. We had common interests--sewing, walking, exercising and our husbands both worked at TRW at that time. I remember special times too of visiting your family at Berlin Lake, steak fries at the Sebring Vets, Elk's dances, and some New Year's Eves together. And years later, we ended up neighbors on Lilly Lane. After we moved to Akron several years ago, I looked forward to visits here with her. Though that didn't happen, we did have some phone visits. I had good intentions of visiting with you at calling hours last night, but had an upset stomach all day. May the special memories and times with your mother, bring you comfort and peace.
