Molio C. Pazzelli's Obituary
Molio C. Pazzelli, 92, of Alliance, died on Monday, March 7, 2005 at Alliance Community Hospital. Born in Virginia, Minnesota on February 20, 1913, he had lived in Alliance most of his life. Mr. Pazzelli was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of the VFW #1036, and a 50-year member of the American Legion #166. He retired from Transue & Williams Metal Stamping Plant where he was a die setter and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Blacksmiths, Drop Forgers and Helpers. He was also a member of the Christopher Columbus Society. He is survived by a daughter, Pamela (Bob) Richardson of New Franklin; two sons, David (Trudy) Pazzelli of Barto, PA., and Jeffery (Diana) Pazzelli of Alliance; grandchildren, Scott, Todd and Kent Richardson, Matthew, Derek and Jeffery Jr. Pazzelli, Michele Steed, and Jason and Eric Wentzel; great grandchildren, Joseph, Brandie, Cruz and Mallory Richardson and Victoria, Megan, Kristina and Logan Pazzelli; four sisters, Virginia Rouleau of Virginia, MN, Amelia Zaitz of Chisholm, MN., Rose Hanson of Minneapolis, MN., and Isabelle Stoia of Alliance; a brother, Bruno Pazzelli of Virginia, MN.; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his wife Arlene D. (Stanfield) Pazzelli on June 10, 2003, (they were married on July 27, 1940; his parents, Pasquale and Maria (Rossi) Pazzelli; two sisters, Jess Edwards, and Dena Workman; and a brother, Victor Pazzelli. Friends may call at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m., with the Rev. Fr. Michael Seifert of Regina Coeli Catholic Church, officiating. Interment, with military honors provided by the Alliance American Legion Post 166 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1036, will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
