Minnie H. Brady's Obituary
Minnie H. (Blizmick) Brady, 90, of Alliance, OH died peacefully on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center in Canton, OH after a short illness. Born on October 2, 1921 in Alliance, she was a lifetime resident here. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. A 1941 graduate of Alliance High School, she retired from TRW, where she was an assembler. Minnie enjoyed polka dancing, bingo, playing cards & vacationing with family & friends at Rice Lake in Ontario, Canada. Survivors include three sons, James F. Brady of Alliance, Richard E. Brady of Alliance and Timothy M. Brady of Carrollton; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Harold E. Brady on October 21, 1994; her parents, Vasile and Julia Blizmick; three sisters, Ann Phillips, Mary Groner and Catherine Muhleman; one brother, Mike Blizmick; and one nephew, Dr. Albert Muhleman. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Monday, February 20, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Her funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Matthew M. Mankowski, Pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
