Michael J. Gentile, Sr.'s Obituary
Michael J. Gentile, Sr., 50, of 828 E. Summit St., Alliance, died on Saturday, April 8, 2006, at 10:00 p.m. at Alliance Community Hospital. Michael was born in Alliance, on July 29, 1955 and lived all his life in Alliance. Mr. Gentile was a member of Beechwood Christian Church and the Christopher Columbus Society. He had been employed at Alliance Recycling Center for over 16 years. He was a huge sports fan of the Cleveland Browns, the Cleveland Indians and the Oakland Raiders. He also enjoyed playing video games and bowling. He is survived by his wife, Tava (Rouse) Gentile, whom he married Nov. 10, 2001; a daughter, Jennifer Gentile of Alliance; three sons, Michael Gentile, Jr. , Jeremy Rouse and Charles Rouse, all of Alliance; one grandson, Tylor; three sisters, Theresa Whitcky and Junell Cunningham both of Cameron, W.Va., and Kelly Gentile of Alliance; a brother, Shawn (Belinda) Gentile of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Gentile and his mother, Anna Rachael (Blythe) Gentile Stull; and a brother, Steven Gentile. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 11, 2006, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at funeral home on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Andrew Higle of the Beechwood Christian Church officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Sebring.
