So sorry to read of Mike's passing. I am a former tenant and didn't really know him well on a personal level, tho we talked periodically over the years since. He was a always considerate and thoughtful and took time to chat. And as a landlord, he was really one of the good ones. I know he I'll be greatly missed and I am so sorry for your loss.
Michael was a dear friend. We were able to meet on an intellectual level. We spoke about anything from The Dead Sea Scrolls, Socrates, Plato, 113th Pope, to Government conspiracies. I will miss our talks, I will miss our laughs. Michael taught me a lot about life. Michael, it was always a pleasure to be in your company. I will see you again someday. Love you Buddy.

When I first moved to Ohio, I met Mike at East. We were buddies from day 1. He helped me not only with work but also with a place to live. He always seen the best in everyone. He was as honest and fair as anyone I've ever known. Rest easy my friend, you'll be deeply missed.
Michael was my best friend I loved him more than words could ever say! He was the kindest man I have ever known. He helped me so much in my life he was there for me when I needed a shoulder to cry on or a lecture to keep me focused. He taught me a lot and made me laugh when I needed it the most. He gave me a chance when many wouldn’t. I owe most of where I am today to him for being so supportive and caring he loved me and I loved him more than anyone will ever know he was like a father to me and my bestest friend and I am going to miss him so much!! I treasure every moment I spent with Mike they are my dearest memories. I hear his words in my head every day he was such a brilliant man, his words give me guidance and always will.
