Maureen K. "Lamb" Booth's Obituary
Maureen Kathryn "Lamb" Booth, 56, of Alliance went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 9, 2013 at Alliance Community Hospital. Born on June 6, 1957 in Canton, OH, she lived in Massillon and Alliance most of her life. A very learned and devote religious person, she was a graduate of Glenwood High School, attended Kent State University, and was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. In her past-time, she enjoyed crocheting and crafting. Survivors include a sister, Donna Jean Vance of Perry, OH; a brother, Timothy Andrew (Connie) Booth of Lake Township, OH; an aunt, Miran Abbott and family of Columbus; two nieces, Gaylene Loch and Natalie (Paul) Sivert; a nephew, Andrew (Melissa) Vance; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, Donald and Jean Kathryn (Morgan) Booth; and her grandparents, Bertha B. Booth and John & Catherine Wood. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Her funeral service will begin, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. J. Kip H. Colegrove officiating. Interment will follow at North Lawn Cemetery in Canton, OH.
