Mary H. Stillwell 's Obituary
Mary H. Stillwell, 79, of Beloit, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 8:10 am at Alliance Community Hospital.
Born on November 12, 1936 in Sebring, to Raymond T. and Katherine V. (Smith) Rochford, she was a graduate of Sebring High School.
Mary lived in Alliance for most of her life and attended St. Joseph Church.
She loved Alliance and was active in many organizations, including Alliance Hospital Volunteer, Ladies Auxillary, Fractured Follies, Carnation Queen Committee, and the B.P.O. Elks Ladies Auxillary.
Mary enjoyed her monthly card club gatherings for over fifty years.
Survivors include her longtime, loving companion, Howard Burr of Beloit; three sons, John R. (Ronda) Stillwell of Louisville, Mark L. (Kim) Eells of Alliance, and Gregory T. (Tammy Farrell) Stillwell of Minerva; two step-sons, Chris and Greg Burr, both of Alliance; two grandsons, Joshua J. (Lana) Stillwell of Alliance and Steven G. Stillwell of Aspen, CO; a sister, Letty Dahle of Charlottesville, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Paul Stillwell, Jr.; and two brothers, Ray Rochford and J.R. Rochford.
Her Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank Alliance Community Hospital and Alliance Hospice for their excellent care and compassion.
