Marilee Morrison's Obituary
Marilee Morrison, 72, of Alliance, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.
Born on January 1, 1948 in Canfield, to James and Joyce (Cassity) Hedge, she lived in Alliance most of her life.
A 1966 graduate of Canfield High School, Marilee was a member of The Vine UMC in Alliance. She was also a member of their choir and of United Methodist Women.
She enjoyed going to the Canfield Fair and various flea markets, but especially loved her dog, Toby.
Survivors include her daughter, Rebekah (Anthony) Francini of Akron; her granddaughter, Carolina Francini; three step-sons, Gary (Sharon) Morrison, Jerry (Sherry) Morrison and Jim (Joanne) Morrison; numerous step-grandchildren; a sister, Susan (Chuck) Rischar; three brothers, J. Hedge, Jeff (Cindy) Hedge and Tom (Jane) Hedge; a sister-in-law, Sandy Hedge; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Freeman “Cap” Morrison, whom she married on May 29, 1982 and who died on January 3, 2011; and her parents.
Her memorial service will be held at a later date.
