Margaret E. Planchard's Obituary
Margaret E. Planchard, 95, formerly of Alliance, died on Wednesday, March 19, 2003, at 3:00 a.m. at the House of Loreto. Born in Budapest, Hungary, on January 15, 1908, she had been a resident of the Alliance area for most of her life. Mrs. Planchard, a devoted wife and loving mother, was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church, the Altar & Rosary Society, the Catholic Women's Club, the Infant of Prague Guild, and the former Knights of Columbus Auxiliary. Survivors include her son John B. Planchard of Oak Ridge North, TX; and two granddaughters, Lisa M. Planchard of Stamford, CT and Jennifer A. Planchard of Houston, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Planchard on October 17, 1983; her son, Gerard P. Planchard on September 21, 2000; her parents, Louis L. and Elizabeth (Nemeshansky) Bransick, Sr.; and a brother, Louis L. Bransick, Jr. Private Services will be held. There will be no calling hours. The Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
