Mabel A. Coco's Obituary
Mabel A. Coco, 79, of Alliance, died on Monday, December 24, 2007, at 5:03 a.m. at Alliance Community Hospital. A lifelong resident of Alliance, she was born on August 30, 1928, and was a 1946 graduate of Alliance High School. Mabel was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church and the Altar & Rosary Society. She enjoyed reading and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Mabel is survived by her husband, of 60 years, John R. Coco, Sr., whom she married on November 27, 1947; her children, John R. Coco, Jr. of Canton, Mark S. (Ginger) Coco of Dublin, David L. (Rhonda) Coco of Marysville, and Mary Ann (Jeffrey) Kile of Green; six grandchildren, Jason, Steven, Matthew, Zachery, Madison, and Lauren; a great-grandson, Dakota; a sister, Ann Coco of Alliance; a brother, Len Paletti of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were parents, Lino and Mary (Bonazza) Paletti; and a brother, Henry Gelmini. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Regina Coeli Catholic Church on Thursday , December 27, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Seifert , as celebrant. There will be no calling hours at her request. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park following cremation.
