Lynette Sue "Lynne" Baker's Obituary
Lynette Sue "Lynne" Baker, 62, of Alliance passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Alliance Community Hospital with her family by her side. Born on January 11, 1951 in Alliance, she lived in Alliance most of her life, but loved to travel. Lynne was a 1969 graduate of Alliance High School, where she enjoyed playing in the band. She enjoyed cooking, painting, playing the piano, riding horses and spending time with her two sons and grandson. She was a free spirit who worked on a horse farm throughout her younger years. Survivors include her two sons, Colby Baker and Nicholas Baker; a grandson, Cainen Baker; her mother, Jeri Baker; a nephew, Chris Baker; and her daughter-in-law, Tara Donohoe. Preceding her in death was her father, Ken Baker. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Saturday, March 16, 2013, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Arrangements are by the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home, 1000 S.
