Lulubell Weekley's Obituary
Our beautiful Mother and Grandmother, Lulubell (Booher) Weekley, passed into eternal rest at home on March 31, 2023.
Lulubell was born in Sistersville, West Virginia November 7, 1934 to Harrison and Ada (Hickman) Booher.
She was married to Charles P. Weekley who preceded her in death in 2003. Lulubell was the matriarch to a large family who will dearly miss her, including her sons Charles (Deborah) Weekley and Ralph Weekley. Also missing their mom, are daughters, Pandora (Ronald) Howell, Cindy Gillman and Brenda Weekley and Dan Sims.
Sadly mourned and preceding Lulubell were also her beloved sons, James (Randy) Weekley, Roger Weekley, and Richard (Bones) Weekley.
Lulubell is survived by her loving grandchildren, Randi, Christina, Ronald, Thomas, Juanita, Richard Paul, Melissa, Kaela, Adam, Shanda, Olivia and Harrison.
Lulubell enjoyed ballroom dancing, vacations, yard sales and loved family gatherings. She had loved life and having fun. Her family will remember her as a strong, willed woman, but one that was so fun to be around. They will also remember her as hard-working, as she worked at General Motors Lordstown for almost 30 years on top of raising a large family.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 7, 2023 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Bobbi Hoover, of Marlboro Assembly of God, officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
