Lucille Rhoads' Obituary
Lucille (Cook) Rhoads, 79, of Alliance, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 10:25 pm at Altercare of Alliance.
Born on December 20, 1944 in Alliance to Dominick and Yolanda (Damiani) Cook, she lived in Alliance most of her life.
A 1962 graduate of Alliance High School, Lucille was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She was employed at Jays and San Cap Abrasives.
Lucille loved taking care of her lawn and flower gardens, playing cards, and watching the Cleveland Indians.
Survivors include her two sisters, Carol Marconi and Rosemary Ciari, both of Alliance; two step-daughters, Brenda Rhoads and Sherry (Scott) Watson; two step-sons, Richard (Debbie) Rhoads and Bruce (Robert) Rhoads; four grandsons, Brad, Matthew, Matthew and Jared; four great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Dale Rhoads whom she married on April 29, 1972 and who died on August 17, 1994; and her parents.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 pm with Fr. Edward Gretchko officiating. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
